Requirements
- Experience in implementing process development and efficiency improvement projects in companies
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of process improvement and project management methods and tools
- Knowledge of the principles of operation architecture management and experience in applying them
- Knowledge of change management principles and experience in applying them
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work with at least one process modeling, analysis and management tool. Experience with ARIS would be an advantage
- Good Lithuanian language skills, good English language skills. Polish language skills would be an advantage
