Requirements

• Work experience in implementing process development and efficiency improvement projects in companies
• University degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of process improvement and project management methods and tools
• Knowledge of process architecture management principles and experience in applying them
• Knowledge of change management principles and experience in applying them
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work with at least one process modeling, analysis, and management tool
• Experience with ARIS would be an advantage
• Fluency in Lithuanian, good English language skills. Polish language skills would be an advantage
