Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business management, or related fields
- Experience in managing IT projects in large organizations, implementing complex IT/automation projects
- Ability to use project management and process modeling tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, BPMN)
- Knowledge of low-code platforms, RPA, and other automation solutions
- Experience in managing a project portfolio, ensuring financial sustainability, timeliness, and budget compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of document preparation, project reporting, and writing requirements
- Knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and risk management principles
- Fluency in Lithuanian and good English language skills (C1 level)
- IT project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) - an asset
