Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business management, or related field
- Experience in managing IT projects in large organizations
- Implementing complex IT and automation projects
- Proficiency in project management and process modeling tools
- Knowledge of low-code platforms, RPA, and other automation solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and good English skills (C1 level)
- IT project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) - an advantage
