Job Description
Lifehouse is a rapidly growing organization dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Recruiting Coordinator will support recruitment efforts, manage candidate data, and assist with implementation of new systems, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager. They are looking for a team-oriented individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Managing and updating candidate data
- Tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics
- Assisting with system implementation and calibration
- Communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft office and Google platforms
