Job Description
Emma – The Sleep Company is a rapidly growing D2C sleep brand founded in 2015 with over 35 countries. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their e-commerce business in the Mexico market, optimize business operations, and identify growth opportunities. The role involves building relationships with suppliers and establishing a strong market position.
Requirements
- Studied Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience on Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce (Startup exposure is a plus)
- Educational background or work experience in LATAM markets
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Strong analytical and learning skills
