Job Description
Emma is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and own their total rewards agenda across Europe, the Americas, and APAC. This role involves overseeing compensation frameworks, benchmarking, market analysis, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on aligning rewards with company objectives and employee growth. The role offers a dynamic and international environment with opportunities for impact.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards (ideally in a multinational environment)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable with surveys, market data, HRIS, and Excel
- Knowledge of job evaluation, leveling, and benchmarking methodologies
- Experience with benefits programs across multiple countries (a plus)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a global perspective
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
