Job Description
We are seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Expert to start as soon as possible in 2026. This role will support the Europe region and contribute to global cross-organisational C&B initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multinational organisation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, large datasets)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong executive presentation and verbal communication skills
