PT experience, Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, and current licensure are required. A strong understanding of therapy skills and strong communication are also needed
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Home Health
2+ yrs experience as a COTA, preferred home health experience. Therapist skills & good communication. Must be able to pass a driving exam, have a valid driver's license, and insurance
Speech Therapist (ST) - Home Health
Master's in SLP. Two years SLP experience. Current driver's license & insurance. Must renew licenses before expiry
PRN Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health
Bachelor’s in PT from accredited program. Current driver’s license & state PT license. Hepatitis profile & CPR certification. Must be able to read/write English
Speech Therapist - Home Health
Master’s degree/Doctorate in SLP; current SNP license; valid CPR and reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills and decision-making
PRN Speech Therapist (ST) - Home Health
SLP experience (2 yrs). Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology. Must be able to meet patient individual needs
HHA/CNA needed in Fort Lauderdale, FL - 8hr & 12/hr shifts available at $15/hr+
HS diploma/equivalent with Home Health Aide certificate/certification. 1+ year experience as a CNA or home health aide preferred. Strong communication skills
