Job Description
Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) are needed for a Home Health position providing coordinated care to clients of all ages. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, applying infection control protocols, and providing therapeutic interventions for speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. This is a non-clinical position where therapists collaborate with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Two (2) years experience as an SLP in a clinical care setting.
- Experience with Home health (preferred)
- Master’s degree or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.
- Current State professional license and CPR certificate.
- Possibility of maintaining SLP license in the practice state
- Must be able to meet patient/family individualized psychosocial needs

- Ability to work a flexible schedule
