Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LTC RM

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to perform nursing functions within the household, including passing medications, observing residents' condition, and communicating with RNs and physicians. The LPN will work closely with the RN to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a person-centered culture. The LPN will provide routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with residents' assessments, choices, and plans of care.

Requirements

• Current MN LPN licensure
• 3 or more years experience in skilled nursing (preferred)
• Training & experience in geriatric nursing (preferred)
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Commitment to provide person-centered care
• Leadership & supervisory skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice, and leadership
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
