Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LTC Roseau Manor

LifeCare Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Roseau Manor. The successful candidate will provide leadership and vision to the household, ensuring clinical operations are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. They will also foster collaboration, consensus, and negotiation to address problem solving in the household and maintain a "home" in the physical environment.

Requirements

• Current MN LPN licensure
• 3 or more years experience in skilled nursing preferred
• Training & experience in geriatric nursing preferred
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Commitment to provide person-centered care
• Leadership & supervisory skills preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice, and leadership
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
