Manager - Supported Living Services - Prader-Willi Syndrome

Lifehouse is seeking a Manager to lead their department that supports clients with Prader-Willi Syndrome. The Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, developing individual support plans, and ensuring the well-being of clients.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience with people with I/DD, preferably in a residential setting
• 2+ years of experience managing others, including strong management skills
• Good general office skills and technology aptitude
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
