Business Development Manager - Pharma Consulting

We're looking for a Business Development Manager – Pharma Consulting to lead growth for NSF’s Life Sciences division, specialising in Pharmaceuticals. You’ll work with some of the world’s leading pharma manufacturers, supporting them with consulting solutions that strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Background in consultative B2B sales, ideally within pharma, life sciences or complex technical services
• Proven success winning high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth
• Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to influence senior stakeholders including QA, Regulatory, Operations and C-Suite
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical environments, regulatory expectations and industry trends
• Degree in business, science or a related field is desirable, or equivalent relevant experience
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and confident operating both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable travelling across the UK and Europe
• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
