Director of Data & Analytics

MANUAL is a leading preventive healthcare platform seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead a high-performing team and elevate the use of data across the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics or data science, including 5+ years of people management
• Strong technical background including advanced SQL and a degree in a quantitative subject
• Proven experience with modern data tools: BigQuery, dbt, Looker or similar
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager — able to partner with the C-suite and influence strategy
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into business action
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology and insight
