Director of Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Fletchers Solicitors is seeking an exceptional Director of Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the Group’s largest and fastest-growing business.

Requirements

• Proven senior FP&A leadership experience within a complex, fast-growing organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight.
• Extensive experience of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling at group level.
• Demonstrated experience supporting growth initiatives, acquisitions, and integration activity.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working at Executive and Board level.
• A track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Strong systems and data capability, with experience improving FP&A processes and automation.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience within professional services or regulated environments (desirable).
