FP&A Associate

MANUAL / Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform that needs a FP&A Associate to support financial planning, performance management, and reporting as the business scales. The role will act as a bridge between FP&A and Accounting, ensuring accurate financial data feeds into management reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in finance and / or company planning
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Relentless, output focused mindset
• Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate in an unstructured environment
• Strong proficiency with financial systems and analytics tools
• Professional finance qualifications (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous
