HR Specialist responsible for executing routine HR transactions, maintaining employee records, and responding to employee inquiries. Works in a hybrid setting with Syneos Health, a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer services skills
- Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS systems; PeopleSoft experience a plus
