Job Description
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to lead quality initiatives and collaborate with medical and administrative teams at Baptist Anderson in Meridian, MS. The role requires clinical duties as a CRNA, as well as promoting high-quality patient care. This position also includes responsibility for handling the patient's needs during the cardiac, post-anesthesia, and emergency recovery periods.
Requirements
- Function as a collaborator and team member.
- Perform conscious sedation/MAC anesthesia on outpatient and inpatient cases.
- Manage patient airway and manage emergency situations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy regulations.
