Job Description
LifeLinc Anesthesia is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time position at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center. The role involves providing high-quality, cost-effective anesthesia care in a collaborative environment and focusing on leadership in this key area of healthcare. LifeLinc focuses on providing excellent clinical quality and fostering provider growth through education and training.
Requirements
- Develop standards for continuity of care and case management.
- Perform and document a pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient.
- Perform conscious sedation/MAC anesthesia on outpatient and inpatient cases.
- Manage a patient's airway.
- Manage emergence and recovery from anesthesia.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment.
