Job Description
Lifelong Access is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide ABA therapy to clients ages 2-18 in both home and clinic settings. The role involves implementing treatment plans and watching growth, with a focus on communication, social skills, and daily living skills. Lifelong Access fosters a supportive and professional environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Experience supporting children with delays or disabilities
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with driving record in good standing
- Current proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to understand adults and children with varying communication levels.
