Residential Mental Health Professional (MHP)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1 year of experience in mental health or behavioral health, ability to work under supervision
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Master's degree in OT, NBCOT certification, and Illinois OT license required. Pediatric experience preferred
Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA)
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree in related field preferred. CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance are essential
Medical Billing Specialist (On-Site)
Associates degree in a related field, medical billing and coding certification, or experience working with Insurance and Medicaid billing
On-Site Supervisor (OSS)
HS diploma/GED required. 1+ year exp. supporting people with disabilities. Strong interpersonal/communication skills needed
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) (Hybrid)
Master's/doctoral degree & 1000 hours supervised clinical experience, or 1 year clinical experience under QMHP supervision. IL license is a plus. Valid driver's license, background check, TB & drug screen required
Direct Support Professional DSP Caregiver
High school diploma or GED required. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it is needed. Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
Behavior Technician (Bartonville Location)
HS diploma/GED, valid IL driver’s license, and proof of insurance required. Experience supporting children with disabilities is preferred
Direct Support Professional, Weekends Only
High school diploma/GED required. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license. Must be at least 18
Vocational Assistant
High school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience supporting people with disabilities, Microsoft Office skills
