Job Description
Lifelong Access is seeking an On-Site Supervisor (OSS) to supervise staff at a Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) and monitor the support provided to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position involves providing direct support to individuals in various environments and also supervises staff while following the Person Center Plan (PCP). The role offers growth opportunities and the chance to make a positive impact on individuals' lives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Management and/or supervision experience preferred
- Demonstrated desire to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
- Attention to detail, particularly when adhering to protocols
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with safe driving record
- Current proof of automobile insurance
- Physical Demands: standing, walking, sitting, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and ability to stoop, bend, push, pull, reach, and walk
