Lifelong Access is seeking a Residential Mental Health Professional (MHP) to provide case management and ensures that services delivered by residential Rehabilitative Services Associates (RSA) align with each client’s person-centered treatment plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, pastoral counseling, or a bachelor’s degree in any other field with two years of documented clinical experience in a mental health setting under the supervision of a QMHP, or a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of documented clinical experience in mental health or human services
- Ability to work in an environment with productivity targets
- Completion of the Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Assessment of Needs and Strengths (IM+CANS) certification is required. Required to obtain within 3 months of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting, with demonstrated expertise in case management and therapeutic counseling preferred
- Desire and ability to work under supervision and cooperatively with a treatment team
- Strong understanding of confidentiality
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with driving record in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Current proof of automobile insurance
