Job Description
LifeMoves is the largest and most effective provider of housing and services for neighbors experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley since 1987. The Case Manager will support clients by connecting them to services, building support networks, and providing crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure while applying de-escalation techniques effectively
