Job Description
LifeMoves is a non-profit organization that provides housing and services for people experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The Case Manager position at Georgia Travis House supports clients in achieving stable housing and self-sufficiency through case management, life skills support, and resource connections.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED with 2-5 years of equivalent experience
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
- Ability to work with people from all backgrounds with care, respect, and empathy
