Job Description
LifeMoves is seeking a Case Manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in the homelessness or human services field. The Case Manager will provide case management services, life skills support, and resource connections to help clients achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of directly related experience in the homelessness or human services field
- Ability to work with people from all backgrounds with care, respect, and empathy
- Emotional regulation and de-escalation techniques
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic technology, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
