Case Manager RWC ERF

LifeMoves is seeking a Case Manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness in Redwood City, CA. The successful candidate will provide case management services, life skills support, and resource connections to help clients achieve stable housing and self-sufficiency. The role requires a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, with a focus on building trust and respect with clients.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED with 2-5 years of equivalent experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to use basic technology, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
