Job Description
LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to work at their Villa location in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in the homelessness or human services field. Responsibilities include providing crisis response, supporting daily operations, and maintaining site safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of directly related experience in the homelessness or human services field
- Ability to work with people from all backgrounds with care, respect, and empathy
- Strong emotional regulation and ability to manage stress
- Growth mindset focused on continuous learning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable using basic technology, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
