Organizational Development Coordinator

The Organizational Development Coordinator will assist in ongoing training and development, provide back-up coverage to the reception desk, and create and maintain company social media tools and informational kiosks. They will also assist with planning and execution of monthly Organizational Development events and manage personnel files, corporate identification badges, and company yearbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Clipchamp, Screen Cloud, Canva
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and organization skills
• Ability to conduct research and present to employees, peers, and customers
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to budget guidelines
• Valid driver's license
• Background check and drug screen
