Clinical Manager - Road to Recovery

Lakeview Center (LCI) provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies, and intellectual disabilities. They offer a range of services including residential treatment, outpatient counseling, and 24/7 support for serious mental illnesses. The role requires expertise in human services, client-centered therapeutic services, and as a consultant/mentor to staff, emphasizing adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• At least two (2) years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
• At least one (1) year of experience working as a supervisor.
• Valid Florida license in LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or MCAP.
• Ability to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance use and co-occurring services.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Pass organization screening requirements.
