Job Description
Lincoln Electric is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Upfitting Technician to install and assemble custom truck bodies, lighting packages, and other equipment. The role involves working with leading brands and driving business growth in the automotive repair industry. Candidates should have mechanical skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire for personal development.
Requirements
- Vocational training and 3+ years relative experience required (or GED with 3+ years in a related field)
- Mechanical and electrical assembly experience
- Ability to read prints, electrical schematics, work orders, and troubleshooting
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend and lift containers, and operate cranes and fork trucks safely
- Proficiency with MIG welder and understanding of all procedures and specifications
