Job Description
The Building Engineer I is responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role focuses on routine maintenance, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring systems function safely under senior engineer guidance. The engineer will also assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight.
