Job Description
The Chief Building Engineer leads all building maintenance, repair, and operations to ensure high tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves managing all aspects of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy), supervising contractor work, and collaborating with tenants and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.
