Senior Trust and Safety Policy Manager

As Linktree’s Senior Manager of Privacy & Trust, you’ll shape how millions of creators and brands experience safety, transparency, and accountability across our platform. You’ll define and evolve Linktree’s privacy, trust, and safety policy ecosystem by setting standards that ensure ethical, defensible, and transparent platform operations.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in Trust & Safety, Privacy Policy, or Product Policy roles
• Deep understanding of platform risk, privacy, and user trust principles
• Experienced at bridging product, legal, and policy worlds to find balanced solutions
• Exceptional writer and communicator with a talent for clarity and nuance
• Strategic thinker who can craft frameworks and translate them into practice
• Comfortable in external settings—representing Linktree’s policy positions to peers and partners
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of online platform dynamics
