Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or healthcare finance
• Deep understanding of claims systems, payer regulations, denial management, and healthcare reimbursement models
• Proven track record of working with health systems, physician practices, or payer organizations to improve financial performance
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in digital health or healthcare SaaS
