Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Departmental Staff, Labor, Financial, eSocial, and Accounting routines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Previous experience with support services.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good didactic for guiding clients and team members.
- Autonomy and time management.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus.
- Ability to prioritize based on impact and effort;
- Desire to learn, collaborate, and evolve with the team.
