Requirements
- Solid experience in sales
- Previous experience as a coordinator or leadership of commercial teams
- Experience leading operations or commercial routines
- Excellent communication, clarity, and objectivity
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical vision
- Autonomy and good time and ritual management
- Organization, discipline, and sense of priority
- Challenging profile, capable of influencing and raising the maturity of the franchises
- Business vision and total focus on results
- Ability to create relationships and position yourself as a strategic reference for the franchisees
