Job Description
Liquid AI is a foundation model company that builds general-purpose AI systems. We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff - Post Training, Applied to own applied post-training work end-to-end for large enterprises, while contributing to Liquid's core model development.
Requirements
- Takes ownership of post-training projects end-to-end
- Thinks end-to-end and can reason across data generation, training, alignment, and evaluation
- Is pragmatic and optimises for model quality and customer outcomes
- Communicates clearly and can translate between customer needs and internal technical teams
