Registered Manager - Nurse Qualified

This RN-qualified role is available for Liquid Personnel, a client seeking a leader for a specialist neurological rehabilitation centre. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, driving occupancy, and building a strong, therapeutic team culture. The position focuses on delivering safe, personalised rehabilitation in a 24/7 therapeutic care model.

Requirements

• A valid NMC Pin (RN)
• Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a CQC-regulated service
• Clinical or leadership experience in neurorehabilitation
• A Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, and governance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the private pay market (desirable)
• A legal right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
