Job Description
The Chief of Staff is a high-impact leadership role that acts as an extension of the CEO, representing her in all professional interactions and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Act as the CEO’s proxy in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of CEO-driven initiatives across departments.
- Provide strategic counsel and constructive feedback to the CEO to support decision-making.
- Travel with the CEO to support business engagements and ensure continuity of leadership.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism in all matters.
- Responsible for operational oversight and monitoring of key metrics to ensure no critical functions fall behind.
- Partner with the CEO to lead Organizational Development activities including mapping and designing org structures, defining leadership roles, and establishing clear role definitions.
