The Sr. Accounting Manager oversees the daily financial operations of the Firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (master’s degree preferred).
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic accounting environment
• 3-5 years in a leadership role managing a team
• Extensive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
