Senior Technical Recruiter

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own and scale all EPD efforts, partnering closely with founders, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive full-cycle recruiting. This is an opportunity to build from 0 → 1: to shape hiring strategy, create processes, and help define what “great” looks like across EPD at Listen Labs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering, product, and design
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top talent in competitive markets
• Strong storytelling and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset — you think in funnels, conversion rates, and data
• Bias for action: you thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with minimal structure
• Deep care for candidate experience and team partnership
• Enjoy working in person 5 days a week in SF
