The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, with a knack for maintaining structure and motivating sales support programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or sales support role.
- Experience with incentive program coordination or basic sales performance tracking is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data reporting tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
