Production Supervisor

Littelfuse is a leading manufacturer of electronic components looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee production activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement quality control procedures. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in Process Engineering or Production Engineering.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily/weekly output targets.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and implement quality control procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, planning, and supply chain.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
