Production Supervisor III

Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily/weekly output targets, maintain high standards of product quality, and identify and resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in Process Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Production Supervisor
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Six Sigma certification is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in production planning and reporting tools
