Job Description
SALES LEADER – Part-Time is seeking enthusiastic and energetic candidates to provide exemplary selling and customer service in a retail environment. The Sales Leader focuses on improving store productivity and profitability, acting as a role model for best practice retail execution. This position involves customer engagement, product knowledge, inventory management, and ensuring a great customer experience. The role includes both in-store operations and company communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to open and close the store at least three (3) times per week, and work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
- Ability to work flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
