Sales Leader

SALES LEADER – Part-Time is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to provide exemplary selling and customer service at a retail store. This role involves product recommendations, solution-building, excellent customer interaction, and contributing to store operations. The Sales Leader will also manage store tasks and reports to the Store Manager, acting as a role model for best retail practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week, and also work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
