Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and maintain the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, and construction/renovation projects.

Requirements

• Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members
• Ability to efficiently prioritize and run multiple work orders or service requests daily
• Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units
• Inspect property daily to determine problems and necessary maintenance issues
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as needed
• Ability to examine, troubleshoot and repair/replace major appliances and other equipment
