Make Ready / Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Make Ready / Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, and construction/renovation projects.

Requirements

• 200 units and 4+ years experience as a Make Ready, Maintenance Technician or related role
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be flexible and dependable
• Must be a team player
